Week of December 14
Ushering and handing out bulletins with Daddy at church!
Ushering and handing out bulletins with Daddy at church!
She likes to make a mess with her food.
She flung some on the wall and notice it is on the bumbo seat under her!
Monday the roads were icy and slippery- so we just stayed home and played!!
Ryken made a bakery here. The tunnel was the counter that people could come up and order. He would turn around and make it on the changing table shelves!
I was served a lot of french fries and strawberries! And it was always just $2!
I will for sure be back again!
Not a big fan of hats!
If we get one hat out - we get all the dress up items out!!
Warrior hat!
Graduation hat!
Dad's Michael Jordan jersey from when he was younger!
Police hat, badge and dispatch radio!
(He found these shoes in the box and they were from when I dressed up like an old lady up in Flagstaff (remember Kristin? - so many laughs) - he called them his police shoes! - haha , not quite son!)
Ryken was handing out the hats - so we took a picture tougher!
What a fun day!
Cutest little bunny - I ever did see!
Chris got in on the action once he got home! He had the Jordon jersey on at one point too!
It's fun to see Ryken's face light up when others put things on!
This silly little girl!
She climbs in here on purpose and then gets stuck! You pull her out and what she was after and minutes later she is back there!
Oh and house smelled yummy this week!
We made cinnamon ornaments!
He couldn't wait to use the cookie cutters!
At our small post office that we go to there is this candy dispenser and he got introduced to them a week or 2 ago when a man gave Ryken a quarter to get some candy from one of these at a different store.
Then when we came here he saw it and I happened to have a quarter - so he got some candy! Then the other day I said we had to go to the post office again and he said can we get some candy! (Such a good memory) and so I left him in charge of a quarter and he choose the mike and ikes again!
We made a snow globe!!
Putting the snowflakes and glitter in!
He picked the snowman for it!
Shake, shake, shake!
He asks for Nutella and fruit pretty much every morning!
I let him try and spread it today! He pretty much tore up the bread and then asked me to do it! :)
Building a snowman in the tub! It worked better than the window did!
My sweet boy being silly!
We went and saw a reindeer on Friday!
Then later that day, we went to a Christmas light event with all of us!
Ryken is scared to poop on the potty! So we spend a lot of time reading books with him to help him relax! I caught Chris reading to Ryken! I tried to sneak a picture - but Ryken caught me! :)
Saturday, we were in Grand Forks most the day!
Chris had to help someone out at the facility real quick! A 10 minute fix!
Ryken standing on one of the Reile's semi trucks!
I had never been to the new Grand Forks facility that opened this year in the late summer! So it was nice to get a tour and understand more about it!
The sugar goes to the top of this tower (2-3 more stories that are not seen in the picture) and then goes through the process on each level and then gets dumped into these big bulk totes that would be at the bottom of this tower.
The new facility is able to load trucks, but also train cars. The train cars can pull into this section and be loaded. And trucks can as well. The big red rectangle on the ground is a scale.
Here are the big bulk totes filled with sugar! They will be filling the warehouse with these big totes, stacked 3-4 high!
We stopped at Cabela's while in GF's!
Watched the big fish!
Tried on some bike helemts!
Enjoyed all the big animals around the store!
It was a great day together!
Celebrating the ordinary moments that make life extraordinary!

What fun crafts! So them all in Pinterest! Glad to see some Pinterest crafts actually work (I had a major Pinterest craft fail a couple weeks ago… haha). Did Chris like Michael Jordan growing up too? Because my hubby was a huge Jordan fan back in the day. He would be proud to see he has the jersey still. ;)
