Week of May 25
This little bumble bee is as sweet as can be!
When we were in Mandan the past weekend, Nana picked up some clothes for Marlin the cabbage patch doll. Now his clothes fit him! :)
Ryken is in his new truck jammies that he loves!
Sweet conversations happening here!
Ryken and I got haircuts this week. Kari from our church cuts hair and we met at the church so the big kids could run around and play! Here are the 2 babies!
We went and got the van washed from the drive to Mandan with all those bugs pasted on.
Ryken has recently been scared of the car wash! You can see a little scared look here!
It got better as it we went along!
We made a trip to the mall this week to make an exchange.
We can never go to the mall without stopping by the fish tank! :) It's a favorite and most certainly the highlight!
Friday we had a picnic at the airport again!
It was another beautiful day!!
Picking dandelions while waiting for more airplanes!
Sorraya makes outings like this so much more enjoyable and easy!
She is so laid back and just goes along with a smile on her face!
And look who came to join us?? :)
Daddy!!
Ryken loved that daddy came for a bit!! Since it is so close to his work, it works our perfectly!
It meant a lot to me as well- it has been a kind of week where he has 8,000 things to do. Someone resigned unexpectedly, and all that fell into Chris lap and he is still new to the system and how things work there, so he has to learn it by figuring it out, which takes so much more time than just being shown! So long way to say, it didn't look like he would be able to make it because I knew how much he had to do. But he came anyways! So it was extra special! :)
Celebrating the ordinary moments that make life extraordinary!

Haha! Yes, Ryken does look a little frightened in the car wash picture. They sure go through stages with things. Cute Airport picnic picture. When I got home I asked Dustin if our airport has anything like that. He said it doesn't and even if it did there are hardly any airplanes that come and go since it is so small... so it wouldn't be nearly as exciting.
