Week 37

37 weeks!

How Far Along: 37 weeks along

Approximate Size of Baby: a winter melon (she was weighing 5 lbs 3 oz at the ultrasound last week)

Best Moment of the Week: Seeing her in the ultrasound was a huge highlight. It was so neat to see her so far along. 

Movement: She seriously, never seems to stop! It is always so wonderful to feel her move. She has started pushing out on one side, making my belly look really lopsided. 

Food Cravings: Cheese and crackers, chocolate

Weeks To Go: 3 weeks to go.

A few other exciting things happened in the last 2 weeks:

1) Slowly making some freezer meals for once she is here. I make a few each week! We have a nice freezer full, I would say. 

2) Bags are packed. :)

I figured I would rather be ready to grab them and go, than scramble around at the last minute! 

3) Car seat is ready to go.

All washed, warm and on the smallest seat settings.

We have one base in one of the cars, but we will put the other one in the other car too, just in case we have to leave the car with Ryken's seat in it. 

4) The closet upstairs is filled with little girls clothes now too.

Ryken and his sister will be sharing a closet for now, since she will be in our room for a little bit. 

5) Information/Instructions for Ryken.

Since we don't know when the little miss will make her arrival, just in case it is before Grandma gets here, I typed out information/instructions for Ryken. 6+ pages worth!

We have 5 ladies willing to be on call day or night during this time as we wait for Grandma to come!

I figured some of them might want very detailed information and others will just do their own thing! Either way, we know he will be cared for and loved!

A few more weeks of belly shots, and then there will be posts of what we really want to see…
