Thankful Thursday

Today I am thankful for:

quick selling of furniture. 

A day and a half ago we posted out couch and coffee table on craigslist to sell.

We got about 5 hits on the couch right away. (one being a scammer)

We honestly didn't think it was going to sell so fast, but we wanted to have it for sale in plenty of time to sell. Chris didn't want to have to move it. It is heavy and a pain with lots of pieces.

 

 Today at noon, a man came with his trailer and took it away from us.

Chris had to help him move it...which he was hoping he could have gotten out of it. 

 So here we are a month out from moving and we are with no couch! :)...not to mention there's a pregnant lady in the house! :)

Ryken loved that couch. He would run along it and especially loved it when dad would come after him!

He would just giggle and laugh for hours if we played with him that long on it!

But we pulled in our trusty lawn chairs for now.

Ryken loved the big open space! Lots of run to run and kick the ball around!

Ryken also liked the lawn chairs...and climbing up and down them.

We do plan on bringing our new love seat, which is at the church, into the house since we do have a larger chunk of time than we expected.

The new love seat is much lighter and one piece! :)

So we are very thankful that it sold right away and we got it just a little less than what asked for it too!
