On Saturday,
We drove to Mandan, ND to see some family that drove down from Canada for a long weekend.
We didn't get there till around 1 and left later that night, but it was so nice seeing some family that we hadn't for year and a half - almost 2 years.
They were more than happy to see little Sorraya!
Aunt Shelley(Chris' dad's sister) and Frank came with their daughter Jessica and her husband Jolen.
Grandma and Grandpa Brucks came down as well!

We left around 8 that same night.
It made for a long day, but thankfully Sorraya is a much better traveler at this age than Ryken was. She slept the whole way there. We had to stop and feed her half way. But both kids slept about 97% of the way back. Plus, Chris and I always love car rides and the extra time to just talk together! :)
Short trip, but so worth it! :)
Good! Glad you guys got to make the trip. Those kinds of trips are always daunting at first because of the quick turn around but always seem to be worth it! So happy that Sorraya likes to sleep in the car :) And GREAT FAMILY PICTURE!
