Zoo

Because the LifeWalk was at the zoo...we got a wrist band that we could come back all day for free and see the zoo.

So once it warmed up and Chris was available...we went back and enjoyed it!!

 She was a little too brave...and ready to climb in with the peacock and then it ran away!

 In the Panda exhibit there were some fish in the water below and a zoo keeper was coming around to feed the fish before they closed for the night...and he asked Ryken if he wanted to feed the fish! So he got to do two big handfuls of fish food! It was a such a treat for him!!

 These little things (some sort of squirrel) were jumping around like crazy!! 

So fun to watch!

 They had all these pretty plants that were so tall and white and fluffy on top! It was the perfect backdrop for our family picture! :)

It's not very big and they are working on a new children's zoo that should be open next spring!

Thankful we were able to get in free because of the Lifewalk! 

Made for a fun outing together as a family!
