Daddy came home from Florida after church on Sunday!
Showing Daddy the Welcome Home Sign Ryken worked so hard on!!
Chris brought me back sand from Florida without me asking!!
So happy to have Daddy back home!!!
While at church a lady who knows Ryken loves ties came over and brought these to him.
It was sweet, because they were her son's when he was little. Ryken was so excited!
Ryken got a surprise in the mail this week! Another lady from our church sent these for Ryken! They are these Papa Murphy reading coupons. You read 10 books and you take it to Papa Murphy's and you get your own pizza kit! ( I think the kids will get to make their own pizza...but not sure. Will blog about it when it happens though!)
We got a broom and dust pan at the dollar store and he has been loving cleaning up his messes where he eats!
Granted, he throws the crumbs further around with the brush - but in time! :)

This kid loves bread! He will just ask to eat a piece for snack. He started taking bites and then looks at it and comes up with what he thinks it looks like! He is pretty spot on in some cases!
Fun ride in the cart!
Tuesday, we had open gym and Ryken loved the hockey nets and sticks!
We had Elizabeth staying with us the whole week while were parents were on vacation. Ryken loved when she was around! She would read books to him -and he would just keep asking for more.
We also watched her routines that her gymnastic team does for sporting events around the US.
My sweets shopping at Sams with me!!
Sorraya climbed into the Bumbo seat all by herself this week! She was pretty proud!!
Something about those sleeping babies!!
We enjoyed lunch and time with Ellen!! Always a treat!
She climbed in all on her own and then kept bonking her head and wanted out! :)
Made a fort together this week! Kids loved it!
He came prepared!!
We all had fun in the fort!
(excuse the glasses, I woke up with pink eye on Friday morning!)
Ryken received another special piece of mail this week!
Yet, another lady from our church blessed our little boy!! She was encouraging him on how well he was sitting at church! So sweet! She even used crayons to write it and drew a little church building! He kept asking us to read it!!
Excited to wear his caterpillar shirt!
Cute story!
I was washing dishes with my gloves on and Sorraya's tray was empty and she was letting us know that she wanted more to eat. So Ryken said he would get her some crackers. He opened the cabinet and got some cheese crackers out. He didn't put them on her tray right away - which is what I was expecting him to do, but then I realized that he was breaking them into little pieces which is what I have been doing for her. He is such a big helper!
We finally got our big clock for the wall! We have had tape on our wall for about 2 months trying to decide what size we wanted (3 or 4 ft) and then getting around to getting one. We happily used some of our Christmas money we were given!
We love it!! It fits the space perfectly!!
It just doesn't work! :/ We put the battery in and it didn't move...so we need to exchange it for a working one!
Celebrating the ordinary moments that make life extraordinary!

I love the picture of Ryken in the bottom of the cart! So cute! :) And Blake and Kade are the same way with bread... I admit that I literally open up my loaf of bread and hand them a slice and call it breakfast! ;) They love it!!
