Week of November 26
Sunday Best!
Ryken had picked out his white shirt and black tie in the morning and asked if Dad would wear his. This was taken at evening service, so Ryken had changed into jeans while we were at home. So cute!
Drayden wanted in on the boys picture!!
A few pictures of our Christmas decorations.
Added these wreaths this year! Super cheap and easy to make!
Lights in the kids room!
It was a cron husk wind storm. They were everywhere and swirling around. A farmer near by had just done a late harvest and all the remaining pieces flew all over the neighborhood. Once the kids went inside, it took me at least 5 times to get the garage door to close, cause the corn husks kept flying up and making the sensor on the garage door bounce back up. It was comical yet frustrating!
Made goat balloons!
We have done our names of God tree before, but this year, we are reading through this book and it has been such a great addition. The kids are learning much as well as I am and with each devotional we read, they bring back in the names that we previously learned, so it kinda is a review with each lesson.
Big play and lunch date with friends! 5 extra kids and 2 adults.
I was able to take pictures for the Hogan family on Saturday!
This is the new Pastor and his family who are serving in Valley City!
Chris got tickets through a man he works with to the Hockey Game in GrandForks. It was a nice date night out and double date. We met our Pastor and his wife at the game as well.
It was my first game in GF. Chris used to go before we were married as he had season tickets. But we had 2nd row seats and were probably on TV as we were right before on of the goals. It was a very neat and fun experience, and they won!
We had a couple from our church watch the kids and we were given these pictures as updates while we were away. Sounds like the kids had a blast!
Celebrating the ordinary moments that make life extraordinary!!
