Week of July 19
Sunday Best!
She actually kept the headband on from the time I put her in her dress till we got to church....and then it was off!
Since today was our long schedule for worship, we got home around 4pm and then changed and got snacks and then drove to Maplewood State Park!
It was a beautiful evening!
Chris and Ryken were skipping rocks and Raya was just enjoying the sand!
Me and my sweet girl!!
On our way home, we saw some of the most sights as the sun was going down!
Monday, we had the bug man coming for a routine spray! It was exciting for Ryken to watch!
We also had a trip to the dealership to check out engine light that came on. But no issues to be found and the light went away on its own!
Sitting in new cars!
Tuesday play date at the park!
We always bring our lunch and Ryken wanted to sit under this bridge like he saw some of the bigger girls doing!
We are getting out deck enclosed down below, for more storage.
The first step happened this week. Rock underneath!
Great helpers washing the car with me!
haha...got some water in his eye!
He loved spraying the hose!
It really was fun to do together! I am sure it will happen once or twice more before the weather gets to cool!
They got to sit in the front seat as we pulled it into the garage!
Oh the little things!
Our sunflowers have opened and are beautiful and big!
Wednesday, we spent all day in Valley City at their downtown Crazy Dayz event!
It was such a wonderful time and so thankful for such a sweet growing friendship!
We had the intern in Valley City, Michael Beatty, over for supper and he was sweet to read a few books to the kids!
Our lumber for our deck project had arrived!!
There is some wood by the window - which is hard to see!
He loved helping me vaccum out the van one day!!
Reading with Daddy!
Saturday, we went to the Airsho and saw lots of really neat airplanes, but our favorite was the Blue Angels!

Celebrating the ordinary moments that make life extraordinary!

WOW! Look at those sunflowers! They are big and beautiful for sure! And washing the car together looks like SO MUCH FUN! I sometimes forget that rather than waiting till Ember naps to do little chores and things she would LOVE doing them with me :)
