Drayden: ELEVEN months

Drayden turned Eleven Months

The first picture on this blog pretty much is what Drayden is. On the move and happy! He is always going, going, going and hardly stops for anything. And same with his happy smiles - so generous with them. Ear to ear, as far as his smile can go!

He loves dancing to music. Bounces on one knee or when he is still on his bottom. He had a phase of grinding his teeth and we stopped that REAL quick! :/ He would bite others too while he was playing, but that got old quick as well. He pulls himself up everywhere and climbs on more things. He loves climbing up on the dishwasher, when it is open - or just taking out silverware, clean or dirty! He makes a dash to the fridge when it opens, and also books it to the stairs when the gate is open, hoping to get down those stairs. He loves pulling down the kitchen hand towel and smiles with delight and drags is around when he succeeded. He love being chased going up the stairs. He had a phase of sticking out his tongue when he was focusing on things. He loves the bath and splashes all over the place. He gets the most delight when he stands up, unfortunetly. 

He does not always like being buckled in his carseat- but settles down quickly. He does not like his nose wipped or face cleaned. He can be a rascal when being changed- meaning not lay still, but ready to roll and move.

He has tried so many new food this month and is doing very well and is NOT a picky eater! He still nurses full-time as well. 

Drayden only has one nap, an afternoon one. He struggles to sleep at night and is up a lot to nurse. He had a time where he would want to party in the middle of the night. Just wake up, wide awake and sleep is the furthest from his mind. 

Firsts:

Drayden got croup. And had his first ER visit. 

He is at 20 lbs 5oz and I never measured him.
