Day 2 Day Joys: Jul 3-9

Week of July 3

Sunday Best!
The best we got this week!
3 peas in a pod!
Our neighbor brought this blanket over for Drayden. She made it with big boy colors so he can grow into it!
4th of July at the Anderson's Farm!
The big kids played with water balloons and water guns!
Little kids watched!
Raya loved swinging!! No shock!
A nice group from the church showed up!
There was a big storm brewing!
Beautiful barn with storm clouds coming!
Checking out the ponies with daddy!
Happy 4th from the Brucks!
Saw some fireworks off out back deck, thanks to all those doing them in the neighborhood!
There was lightening all-around and the big clouds were constantly lightning up! So cool!
Park in Kindred, ND!
We actually went to 2 different parks!
It was nice and windy, so all the kids flew kites!
Ready for a walk!! Facing outwards and LOVING it!
Found this new park that had the coolest swing - where you sit and face your child and swing together!
Ryken has been asking to wash the van - so we finally got around to it!
Such big helpers!!
Ryken loved being in charge of the hose an Raya liked the big wash mit.
She was not as helpful when she picked up a rock from the big pile and scratched the van with it! :/
They had a blast!
Big boy is holding his head up better and better each day!
1/2 price ice cream cones at Sonic this week!! Of course we couldn't miss that! The were delicious!
Park date with more friends.
We went to the store before hand and got donuts for later and instead of eating them later, Ryken asked if we could share them with our friends. So we cut them in half and gave them to our friends. Raya had a harder time cutting hers in half and sharing...but is learning this whole sharing thing.
Ryken lost his old sunglasses and we picked some new ones but he had to earn them. He was so excited about them! He looks really cool!
Drayden follows the remote control helicopter around when Chris flies it. It's so fun to see his eyes connect to it!
Chris finishing up the brick patio for the grill and smoker to set on!
So thankful he loves the outdoors!
Finished project!
Chris worked so hard on it and it turned out looking so professionally!
Buying mattresses for our new bunk bed that is coming early next week!
A boy, 4 soccer balls...and rain boots!!
And a million dollar smile!

Celebrating the ordinary moments that make life extraordinary!!
