Week of February 18
Sunday Best!!
These are the things I want to remember!!
All three kids on the bench in their Pj's well past breakfast. Coloring with highlighters and later finding markers on their hands, arms, face and clothes. Three sets of 10 toes. The older two never having socks on their feet, but have thrown them on the floor somewhere. And the youngest wearing the same socks for days. The holes in my oldest pj's and pants because he is a boy and pretends he is an animal daily. For sisters crazy hair and rats nests that come after every time she lifts her head from the pillow, due to her rocking back and forth like her mama use to do. Little pops of color in the kitchen thanks to magnetic letters. Smudgy finger prints on the stainless steal. Dust bunnies under the fridge cause vacuums can only get so far and whose got time to pull the fridge out and vacuum under and behind it. And sweet little hands and toes busy reaching and stretching to complete a masterpiece.
These are the things worth remembering!
Then we went to Sonic for lunch, and Ryken bought it. Then the rest of the money went to savings!
Went to the indoor track again and the kids got to burn off some energy!!
Got to take some pictures of this smiley girl!!

The sunshine was hitting the tulips just perfectly!! Had to pull the camera out!
So Mr. Ryken here found $25 dollars at Home Depot this week. He spotted it under the self serve cutting station. He said "Mom, I found 2 dollars!" I told him he found $25. We took it to the register and the older lady (a Grandma clearly, cause when we came in she loved on the kids and gave them oreo's) she asked the man near by what we would do and they both looked at each other and she gave him the money!! It was so much fun for him! What a find! Then we went to Sonic for lunch, and Ryken bought it. Then the rest of the money went to savings!
